Today is a very special episode of This Great White North—it’s the 15-year anniversary of our first (unofficial) show! Way back on April 3, 2006, we aired our pilot. A month later, we were officially scheduled. Today, 737 episodes later, we’re still bringing you the latest and greatest in Canadian independent music.

International Women’s Day is Monday and KOOP Radio is celebrating all week long with content focused specifically on women. In honor of the week’s special focus, on today’s show, we’re playing nothing but female artists and female-fronted bands from Canada!
